These Terms of Service govern your use of the Denkleşelim mobile application.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Denkleşelim, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
About the App
Denkleşelim is a shared expense tracking and debt settlement tool provided by Sade Apps. The app allows users to create rooms, add expenses, split costs, and track balances — it does not process or transfer real money.
No Financial Transactions
Denkleşelim is a record-keeping and calculation tool only. The app does not facilitate, process, or guarantee any real money transfers. Any actual payments between users must be arranged independently (e.g., via bank transfer, IBAN). Sade Apps is not responsible for any financial disputes between users.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the expense data you enter.
- You must not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- You must not misuse the app to harass or harm other users.
- You are responsible for keeping your device secure.
- Since the app uses anonymous authentication, you are responsible for not losing access to your device, as account recovery is not available.
Account and Data
Denkleşelim uses anonymous authentication — no email or password is required. Your account is tied to your device. If you lose your device or clear app data, you will lose access to your account and its associated data. Sade Apps cannot recover anonymous accounts.
Rooms and Shared Data
When you create or join a room, your display name, avatar, and expense data become visible to other room members. By joining a room, you consent to sharing this information with other members of that room.
Room administrators may remove members and manage room settings. Sade Apps does not moderate room content.
Intellectual Property
The Denkleşelim app, including its design, mascot, and code, is owned by Sade Apps. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its components.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Denkleşelim is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available. Balance calculations are based on data you enter; we are not liable for calculation errors arising from incorrect data.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sade Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Denkleşelim, including but not limited to financial disputes between users.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.
