Information Stored Locally on Your Device
DocPin is designed primarily as an on-device document organizer. Documents, images, imported files, document names, notes, folders, tags, vault metadata, security preferences and app preferences are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly share them through your device's sharing features.
DocPin does not operate a Sade Apps cloud account or document sync server. Your saved documents are not uploaded to Sade Apps servers.
Camera, Photos, Files and On-Device Recognition
The app may request access to the camera, photo library or file picker so you can add documents. Optical character recognition and document type suggestions are used to help organize documents. These operations are intended to support document management inside the app, and extracted document metadata remains local to the device.
Ads and Third-Party SDKs
DocPin uses Google Mobile Ads to show ads in the free version of the app. Google Mobile Ads may collect and share data such as IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, device identifiers and advertising identifiers for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention.

Subscriptions and Purchases
If DocPin Plus subscriptions are available, purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Google Play may process purchase and subscription transaction information. DocPin may store subscription entitlement status locally so the app can remove ads for active Plus users.
Support Communications
If you contact support, we may receive your email address, message content and any information you choose to include, such as app version, device information or screenshots. We use this information only to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues and improve reliability.
Sharing
Sade Apps does not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate ads, billing, support, legal compliance or features you explicitly use, such as your device's native share sheet.
Retention
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, reset relevant app data or uninstall the app. Support emails may be retained as needed to handle your request and maintain service records. Google-managed ad and purchase data is retained according to Google's policies.
Your Choices
- You can delete local documents and app data from inside the app or by uninstalling the app.
- You can manage advertising personalization from your device or Google account settings.

Children
DocPin is not directed to children. The app is intended for users who can responsibly manage personal documents and security settings.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, legal requirements or third-party services change. The updated date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
