These Terms govern your use of DocPin.
Acceptance
By installing or using DocPin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Permitted Use
DocPin is provided for lawful personal document management. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy and ownership of documents you store, import, organize or share through the app.
Local Storage and Backups
DocPin is primarily an on-device app. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important documents. Sade Apps does not guarantee recovery of deleted documents or data lost due to device failure, reset, uninstall, storage issues or user action.
Security Features
Vault and passcode features are designed to improve local privacy, but device security, screen lock settings, physical access and backup practices remain your responsibility.
Ads and Subscriptions
The free version of DocPin may show ads. If DocPin Plus is available, an active subscription may remove ads according to the current plan terms shown by Google Play. Purchases, renewals and cancellations are handled through Google Play.
No Professional Advice
DocPin does not provide legal, financial, health or identity verification advice. Document type suggestions are convenience features and may be inaccurate. Always verify important document details yourself.
Limitation of Liability
DocPin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Sade Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
